GETTING READY AT RANCHO BURRO

The day started with the girls getting ready at Rancho Burro, surrounded by Kiona’s closest friends and family. There was such a fun, relaxed energy while everyone got ready, and soaked in the morning together. Kiona’s dress and all of her details fit so perfectly with the warm, desert setting of Rancho Burro.

FIRST LOOK WITH KIONA’S DAD

Before the ceremony, Kiona shared a first look with her dad. She read him a private letter, and it was such a sweet moment between the two of them. I always love when couples make room for these little moments with their parents on the wedding day. It gives everyone a chance to slow down and take it all in before the day begins.

CEREMONY AT RANCHO BURRO

Rancho Burro was such a beautiful backdrop for their ceremony. Kiona’s aunt arranged all the florals, which were absolutely stunning. The desert landscape, warm tones, and Kamloops scenery made everything feel so at home. Kiona and Connor said I do surrounded by their favourite people before heading into the rest of the celebrations.

AN EVENING AT RANCHO BURRO

The rest of the evening was filled with dinner, drinks, speeches, and lots of time with friends and family. Kiona’s dad even surprised everyone by making up a rap song and performing it, which was honestly one of the highlights of the night.
